Our Draper Days

Draper Days is one of our favorite traditions. It brings back so many memories of Ryan and myself in high school (insert typical football player and cheerleader scene..). It’s always so much fun to bring our kids back to places that were such a big part of our lives. We woke up early for the parade and laughed so hard at the boys diving in the street to pick up the candy! It was soooo hot as always but worth it!

Then later that night we headed to the park to play on the blow up toys and watch fireworks. We had our little cousin tag along with us and man.. she is SUCH the little helper! She is like a little mom and and helped us so much! And Knox is obsessed with her obviously!

Is was a long, fun filled day and to our surprise the babies both zonked out by 9:00 pm and slept through all the fireworks! And even Knox fell asleep half way through the show! Haha it was so much fun though and I love the new memories that we made 🙂

Now we’re ready for some street fireworks tonight!
